In Claire Byrne Live TV Debate recently a young lady said that she choose abortion when she discovered she was pregnant, as she did not think she would be a good mother, could afford to rear a child and did not have a home for the child. My heart went out to her! Could no-one have told her the vast majority of parents have those very same thoughts.

The greater shame is that if this lady finds herself in this situation again she will most likely reinforce these thoughts about herself.
